With no formal backing and just the belief that he could build something better, Jandre took a bold step in 2021 and started his own venture.
What sparked TSQUE Traders was a simple yet powerful idea: to deliver quality construction and supply services, led by someone who understands the work from the ground up. Jandre Moshoadiba
Jandre Moshoadiba’s journey to becoming a business owner wasn’t smooth—it was a path paved with setbacks, sacrifice, and unwavering belief. Before founding TSQUE Traders, Jandre worked in the construction and project management space, often taking on the responsibilities of leadership without the title or recognition. He learned the ins and outs of procurement, site management, and operations—not from textbooks, but from years in the field.
After witnessing how poor leadership, unpaid workers, and neglected deadlines caused projects to fail, he made a decision: “If I can do all this for someone else, I can do it for myself—and do it better.”
Starting with no money, no support, and a single project that nearly broke him, Jandre found strength in the pressure. He hustled for supplies, managed teams, and delivered results that stunned even the clients who had doubted him. One of his first breakthrough moments was fulfilling a major order overnight—with stock driven from Cape Town and delivered on time in the Northern Cape. That success became the spark that ignited a new chapter.
Jandre’s philosophy is simple: be hands-on, be honest, and be relentless. You’ll still find him on-site, sleeves rolled up, leading by example—not just directing from behind a desk. His story continues to inspire others in his community to believe in their own potential, no matter how humble the beginning.
